Introduction to Chocolate Skills – Level I

The Level I program is designed for beginners who are curious to learn about chocolate and aspire to establish their chocolate business.

The two-day program focuses on providing in-depth knowledge about the chocolate manufacturing process, working with chocolates and the fundamentals of setting up a chocolate business.

The class will cover essential skills such as tempering, formation of ganaches, emulsification techniques, high-shelf life confections and basic flavor pairings with the Finest Belgian Chocolate to help gain a deeper understanding of crafting indulgent recipes with chocolate. 

You will get to learn, practice and perfect your skills under the guidance of our Chefs.
