A figure of the hospitality industry, his career has brought him around the world. He began his career in Paris and has since worked in the USA, Asia and the Middle East. 
Extremely focused and committed on education, he coached many pastry chefs on various international competitions such as Asian Pastry Cup and La Coupe Du Monde De Patisserie. 
Since June 2019, he serves as an international technical advisor with Barry-Callebaut for the Middle East region as well as the Head of the Chocolate Academy Dubai.
