A pastry chef from Bornem, who has opened her own establishment, "@zoetbygill" after gaining valuable experience working with top-rated restaurants. Gill's passion for baking began during high school, leading her to pursue a bakery education at Ter Groene Poorte in Bruges. She then honed her skills at renowned establishments such as Zilte, Het Gebaar, and Nuance.
Today, Zoet by Gill serves a diverse clientele, including individuals through her webshop, as well as caterers and restaurants, for whom she creates tailor-made desserts, dessert components, and coffee garnishes.
