Join chef Kamil Szulc for a Master Class – a Polish pastry chef with years of experience working at restaurants, patisseries, and hotels. Since 2022, Kamil has been with Barry Callebaut. Over the years, he has refined his skills to focus on creating balanced and flavourful pastries. This course is designed for professionals seeking an approach that blends modern techniques with functionality.

During the course, Kamil will share techniques and inspirations drawn from his experiences in various kitchens, helping you apply these lessons to your own pastry creations.

Over three intensive days, Kamil will present his perspective on pastry, covering everything from flavour design and structure to production and finishing. The course includes a wide range of applications – including tarts, entremets, travel cakes, choux, and more – as well as decorative and technical elements to streamline everyday work in the pastry kitchen.
