After her anthropological studies, in 2016 Marta graduated from the ALMA Advanced Pastry Course, where she discovered a crazy passion for ingredients. After an experience at the Martesana pastry shop, in 2017 she approached the Chocolate Academy ™ Milan. Curious, rigorous and meticulous, she tries to satisfy the obsession with discovering everything that can be discovered about chocolate.
Today she leads the Academy with a vision oriented towards research, support, innovation and training of professionals in the world of chocolate.
