  • Melt the cashew nut butter and chocolate in a bain marie
  • In a food processor, blend the avocado flesh until smooth
  • Add the soya milk and the maple syrup and blend
  • Stir in the melted chocolate cashew mixture
  • Divide the mixture between four ramekins or small cup and chill
  • Decorate with chopped cashews and drizzle with maple syrup
