Jeffrey Cagnes is the Pastry Chef and founder of Maison Jeffrey Cagnes Paris.

After restoring the glory of Paris's oldest patisserie, Maison Stohrer, and working alongside the French chef, Jean-François Piège, he decided to build his own business. Maison Jeffrey Cagnes Paris opened its first location at 24 Rue des Moines, in the heart of the 17th arrondissement of Paris. A year later, in December 2022, he opened a second location, 73 Rue Montorgueil, in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, the neighborhood nearest to his heart.

A generous, multicultural, honest and modern vision of pastry is expressed - core values that Chef Cagnes wants to convey.
