The course is designed for anyone from general public who is passionate in chocolate to professionals who would like to set up a business in confectionery and catch the trends and opportunities of the market.  The courses will provide you with the mandatory platform of knowledge and skills in chocolate works.
 
The course will bring you to the wonderful world of chocolate and we will be focusing on the application in confectionery through theoretical and hands-on learning approaches.  It is a good start to gain a complete fundamental knowledge and basic skills of working with chocolate.   You will learn about the chocolate making process and discovering the technology behind chocolates.
Workshop hours:  08.30-12.00, 13.00-16.30
Lunch break:  12.00-13.00, Lunch is provided.

A figure of the hospitality industry, his career has brought him around the world. He began his career in Paris and has since worked in the USA, Asia and the Middle East. 
Extremely focused and committed on education, he coached many pastry chefs on various international competitions such as Asian Pastry Cup and La Coupe Du Monde De Patisserie. 
Since June 2019, he serves as an international technical advisor with Barry-Callebaut for the Middle East region as well as the Head of the Chocolate Academy Dubai.
