U.S. Selections for 2011 World Chocolate Masters

The 2010 National Selections for the 2011 World Chocolate Masters will take place September 27-28, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the International Baking Industry Expo. The World Chocolate Masters is a prestigious culinary competition sponsored by Callebaut, Cacao Barry, and Carma, three brands of Barry Callebaut. The U.S. National Selections will challenge chefs from all over the country in their chocolate skills as they create one of a kind show pieces, pastries, pralines, and desserts. Participating in the National Selections is a great way to showcase up and coming talent and catapult a young chef’s career.
